Established in 2008, started as a Regional Sales and Marketing Organization that was conceptualized to achieve an essential goal. “To make a positive contribution towards the improvement of quality healthcare by promoting innovative products and services.” It was incorporated and managed by exceptionally qualified personnel with more than 20 years of experience in the medical industry and with backgrounds in the allied healthcare (Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Sleep Technologists, Biomedical Engineers) field. MIPL has evolved and expanded to become a healthcare provider in the South East Asia Region.

In June 13, 2023, a French company SOS Oxygene’ with major international presence has acquired shares which accelerated MedwoRx to become a Global company

MIPL has a team of clinicians – Registered Sleep Technologist, Respiratory Therapists and Nurses to provide clinical support to the patients. MedwoRx is one of the leading home respiratory care companies in Singapore.
MIPL has attained the Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices Certification (GDPMDS) accredited by Singapore Accreditation Council. GDPMDS is a quality management system imposed by the Singapore government to obtain a license under the Health Science Authority to make sure the medical company comply and maintain devices quality throughout the distribution process.

MedwoRx is also an audited company in which our auditors are from P G Wee Partnership LLP Public Accountants and Chartered Accountants Singapore. We run the audit yearly as part of the requirement to join government contracts through transparency.
